You should hire me if you want a practical, well-built WordPress website with ongoing support from the same person who builds it. I work directly with clients, keep the process straightforward, and focus on websites that are clear, reliable, and easy to maintain. There is no minimum monthly obligation. You may cancel at any time. However, a transferable backup archive is only provided after the website agreement has been active for at least 18 months.
Website technology is constantly changing. In the event that a component of your site breaks, I will fix or replace that functionality at no extra cost for the lifetime of your website agreement.
Any specialized functionality not listed above will have an associated development cost. Common examples of this include event calendars, e‑commerce setup and complex contact forms. Any extra costs and what they cover will be discussed and a quote agreed upon before I begin your project.
Full content creation is not included in this package. However, I can help you plan, organize, edit, and prepare the materials you provide. If you need photography, video, copywriting, or other content services, I may be able to refer you to someone in the central Kentucky area.
If you cancel, hosting and maintenance will end. If you want to move the site elsewhere, I can discuss export or transfer options with you before cancellation.
Domain registration is not included. You may wish to bring a domain you already control, register a domain yourself or allow me to register one for you. There is no set cost because registration fees can vary depending on the domain.
Your brand assets and the content you provide belong to you. The website itself is built with WordPress and may include open-source software, themes, plugins, or other licensed components. If you decide to cancel after meeting the transfer terms, I can provide a transferable backup archive so the site can be moved to another host.
Any costs or subscription fees associated with premium WordPress plugins or other third-party products and services are the client’s responsibility.
